Get Started (3-Session Block)

Three sessions to help you settle, reduce intensity, and begin shifting what’s been holding you back.

This is the way I usually recommend starting.

A single session can feel supportive, but meaningful change tends to build with momentum. A short, focused block gives us space to understand what’s happening and begin working with the patterns that are present, in a supportive and contained way.

These sessions are about getting things moving, gently, but with intention.

What the 3-session block offers

Across the three sessions, we’ll usually:

  • get clear on what you want to feel different (and what’s been getting in the way)

  • calm the nervous system and reduce that “stuck” or overloaded feeling

  • use Solution Focused structure to create practical direction

  • weave in IEMT where it’s helpful, to soften emotional intensity and loosen old responses

  • leave you with a clearer sense of what’s shifted and what feels right next

How sessions work

  • Each session lasts 60 minutes

  • Sessions are usually weekly during this initial block of three, to help create momentum.

  • Available in person or online via Zoom

  • The pace is calm and collaborative. We work at a level that feels safe and manageable.

After the block, some people choose to pause and see how things unfold, while others continue with further sessions, either weekly, monthly, or at a pace that feels right for them.
