Single sessions for clients who have already worked with me.
Single session (60 minutes): £75
After an initial block of sessions, people often take different paths forward.
Depending on your original reason for coming, you may find that continued support feels most helpful, or you may choose to pause and see how things settle.
There is no right or expected way to continue.
The decision is always yours.
Some clients choose to move into more spaced out sessions, often monthly, to support ongoing change or help steady things as life continues. Others prefer to return only when something new arises.
Ongoing sessions can be helpful if you want to:
continue to build on the progress you’ve already made
support yourself through a new challenge or transition
revisit something that’s resurfaced
prepare for or work through a specific event, such as a change at work, an exam, a trip, or a difficult conversation
Some people book a single session as needed. Others come back occasionally over time, sometimes describing sessions as a kind of “mental massage”, a way to reset, reflect, and keep things from building up. There’s no obligation to continue beyond what feels right for you.
